My name is Jess Dolan. Thanks for joining me on my cake creating journey! I live here in Lincoln, and am a high school art teacher turned cake decorator.

I love getting to expand my creativity through cake decorating. My goal with Scarlet & Cream is to create uniquely designed cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops tailored to whatever celebration you may be having with any theme of your choosing. Whatever ideas you may have, I will turn them into a tasty creation you and all your guests will enjoy!
